I'm not going to call it writer's block just yet, because it's not that I don't have an idea, it's that I have three of them and they are all competing for attention.
There is sci-fi. And I love world-building, and I love the characters, and I love the endless possibilities of sci-fi.
There is 1920's England. I love the societal conventions, the fashions, plus this has the added bonus of seances and Spiritualism!
There is 1880's England. And I have had so much fun researching this one! Opium dens and gaslights and the Limehouse... the only downside is those walrus moustaches. Not a great look.
Also, I've found this great site: Victorian Gentlemen in Love. This is definitely NSFW!
This picture looks more Edwardian than Victorian, but isn't it lovely?

The more I look at this picture, the more I fall in love.

I want all three books! Preferably immediately. Great website, too. It makes me want to vote for 1880s England first. But oh man, space...
It's a great site, JA.
As for the work in progress, I'll keep writing all three becauae I can't decide between them yet!
